Do I need to live in Tampa to work with you?
No — you just need to be physically located in Florida at the time of your session. I see clients across the entire state via telehealth, from Miami to Jacksonville and everywhere in between.
What platform do you use for online sessions?
All sessions are held via a HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform. You'll receive a link before each session — no downloads or accounts required. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection.
Is online therapy legal and covered by insurance in Florida?
Yes. Telehealth is fully legal in Florida and is covered by most major insurance plans. I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar, and Oxford in Florida. Always check with your insurer to understand your specific copay and deductible.
I travel frequently for work. Can I still do sessions?
If you're physically located in Florida (or New Jersey or Vermont) during a session, we can meet. If you're traveling out of state, we would need to pause until you return, as licensure laws require clients to be in a state where I hold a license.
