Online therapy sessions are available
See me from the comfort of your home. Online therapy sessions are available. Inconvenience does not have to stop you from getting your life back.
Here's how it works.
BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
I am currently accepting openings! Select "Book Now" to fill out a few details about you.
I'LL EMAIL YOU
You will receive an email link for our free 15 minute consultation. This is where we will discuss what brings you to therapy and find out if we are a good fit.
Once we decide to move forward, we will schedule an initial 60 minute appointment. We will meet virtually to discuss your life - your childhood history, current issues and any goals you may have.
FIND PEACE
If you decide to continue with therapy, we will develop a game plan together and meet either every week or every other week (biweekly) for a 53 minute session. As we begin doing the work together, you will become free from your stress, anxiety, and relationship issues.
